Dupo Community Unit School District 196 is home of the Tigers and the entire district is proud of their sports programs. Teachers agree that school experiences should be a collaborative effort between students, staff, administrators, parents, and community with the goal of providing the best possible learning environment for student achievement. All members of our school community are important, should feel valued, and should be treated with respect. Children need positive influences in their lives, people who believe in them. Some of the key studies are language, math, art, technology programs, and an innovative music program. The education attitude adopted by this district is to provide a positive, nurturing, and enabling learning environment for all students and adults.
