Elmwood Community Unit School District 322 is technology driven and strives to provide the best and most current technology, standards and equipment. The district knows that it’s the partnership between staff, parents, and the community that enable the vision to become reality. District officials work in an in partnership with students, teachers, parents and the community to provide excellent educations. They know the students they are educating will be the leaders of tomorrow and value the belief that children come first. Students learn all the components of good writing, are involved in research projects, use the computers to assist them in writing and also learn to produce writing on a given topic within a designated period of time. Writing is also integrated into other subject areas. For example, they are expected to write in math to explain how they solved a problem.
