Highland Community Unit School District 5 believe that the educational program should provide each student with the opportunity to develop to his fullest capacity in the areas of mental, physical, and emotional needs. Highland Schools know that success is not only measured by a student’s level of intelligence but that success includes the whole child. Holistic learning is verified by differentiated and interdisciplinary approaches to teaching. The school uses vast learning styles and ratings tailored for the individual student.
