Lincolnland Technical Educational Center

Lincolnland Technical Educational Center is a professional development, publications and technical assistance to Career and Technical Education. Services are designed to promote the success of special populations learners enrolled in CTE secondary and postsecondary classes. Their services are mainly funded through Illinois Community College Board and Illinois State Board of Education. Career and Technical education programs were developed with representatives from business and industry. At advanced grade levels, the career and technical education programs offer an organized set of transferable concepts and skills such that students have alternatives for direct entry into the workplace or furthering their education in preparation for a career.
