Marengo High School District 154

Marengo Consolidated High School District 154 is continually integrating technological instruction throughout their curriculum to provide the essential skills to meet state and national learning standards. There is an abundance of student services available within the school system. The district continues to improve the relationship between the District and the parents of the students, and increase test scores across the board. Each student will become a critical thinker, a lifelong learner, and a responsible, contributing citizen in a changing global society Marengo Schools targets the idea that every student is different, but all students can learn. Great efforts are made by the staff to ensure literacy learning in all areas of learning: social studies, science, math, health, physical education, and the arts. Through an on going curriculum guided by the state board, district schools encourage excellence and achievement in students, participating in active hands-on learning activities.
