Ohio Community School District 17

Ohio Community Consolidated School District 17 is home to one school offering students in grades kindergarten through 8th grades an exceptional education. With only one school in the district, the students enjoy lifelong friendships with classmates from the very start of their educational years to graduation from high school and beyond. The high school is also in the same town of Ohio, but is governed under the Ohio Consolidated High School District 505.

The district is close knit as well as the community, which helps provide students with all the necessary tools needed to succeed in an every changing world. Extracurricular activities are offered when possible to enhance the core academic program. The goal of the district is to promote in students good work habits, honesty, discipline, good sportsmanship, self-assurance, and a sense of purpose. The Ohio Community Consolidated School District 17 educational program provides all students basic academic skills and essential knowledge mandatory for his/her development. The district wants each child to excel in their development in all aspects of their lives to the fullest extent according to his/her individual potential.
