Shawnee Community Unit School District 84 schools board is working to increase the communication between the administrators and staff. Honest discussion is a means to prevent minor incidents from becoming a major and create divisions in the educational team. The administration should make a great effort to be honest, open, willing to listen, to all. Administration to make constant progress in improving their own performance and the performance of those they supervise. Required evaluation will be done in a timely manner. The Shawnee Community school board hopes to gain and keep good public relations and community support: An effort to gain and keep community support must be done honestly. They must all work hard to serve the children and community well. Every board member, every teacher and every employee must be aware that good community relations are the responsibility of all the members of the education team.
