Warsaw Community Unit School District 316 strives to meet the Illinois State Board of Education requirements by providing an educational environment that promotes improved student achievement, greater parental and community involvement, and highly qualified teaching. Educators work in one accord to prepare all students to become life long learners, socially responsible citizens, and meaningful participants in a culturally diverse world by providing the necessary skills within schools that promote excellence, mutual respect, and the joy of learning. The goal is to provide students all the tools necessary to excel academically, physically, socially, emotionally, and culturally so they can attain success in all they endeavor. The School District holds themselves accountable for educating students and for working to energize all members of the community to actively participate in the accomplishment of the schools mission.
